What data we process and why

The website has no form and does not store your answers to the guidance quiz: they stay in your browser and are only used to draft the message you decide to send.
We do not send your name, email, phone or the content of your messages to analytics tools.
Retention
We keep the data of an enquiry for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods needed to address possible legal liabilities. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use providers who process data on our behalf (web hosting and email), WhatsApp (Meta) if you write to us through that channel and, if you accept cookies, Google (Google Analytics and, if you accept the map, Google Maps) for analytics and the map.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@airmapping.es, enclosing a document that proves your identity. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
